I was able to locate your current 2024 rosters at https://hr.umn.edu/Current-Rosters-and-Seniority-Appeals. However, you are missing all historical records.

Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I request the following records related to historical employee relations data at the University of Minnesota:

1. I request the Unit 6 (AFSCME Clerical) Senior VP/Provost reporting unit and the President reporting unit seniority rosters for 2015, including all encompassing data and records on the seniority rosters.
2. I request the Unit 6 (AFSCME Clerical) Senior VP/Provost reporting unit and the President reporting unit seniority rosters for 2016, including all encompassing data and related records on the seniority rosters.
3. I request the Unit 6 (AFSCME Clerical) Senior VP/Provost reporting unit and the President reporting unit seniority rosters for 2017, including all encompassing data and related records on the seniority rosters.
4. I request the Unit 6 (AFSCME Clerical) Senior VP/Provost reporting unit and the President reporting unit seniority rosters for 2018, including all encompassing data and related records on the seniority rosters.
5. I request the Unit 6 (AFSCME Clerical) Senior VP/Provost reporting unit and the President reporting unit seniority rosters for 2019, including all encompassing data and related records on the seniority rosters.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm reaching out about the five data requests you filed with the University on May 11. Though we're corresponding through this request (Ref No 24-717), this message applies to all five requests (this request plus Ref Nos 24-713, 24-714, 24-715 and 24-716).

In alignment with state law and our policy and procedures regarding public access to University information (both linked below), multiple requests filed on the same day by the same individual are bundled and treated as one request. This will apply to your requests and we will unify them all under this reference number (Ref Nos 24-717). We will close the other requests that are part of this updated, unifed request.

Those laws and policies also allow a threshold for staff time beyond which time spent collecting and copying responsive records is charged to the requester. 

We have uploaded data responsive to Ref No 24-715 and you will soon receive notice that we have closed that request and the responsive data is available for your review. As currently written, we anticipate the remaineder of this request (Ref Nos 24-713, 24-714, 24-716 and 24-717) would surpass this staff time threshold.

If you'd like to proceed with the rest of this request as submitted, we will need a $50 deposit to continue.
