Thanks for reaching out. I'm reaching out about the five data requests you filed with the University on May 11. Though we're corresponding through this request (Ref No 24-717), this message applies to all five requests (this request plus Ref Nos 24-713, 24-714, 24-715 and 24-716).

In alignment with state law and our policy and procedures regarding public access to University information (both linked below), multiple requests filed on the same day by the same individual are bundled and treated as one request. This will apply to your requests and we will unify them all under this reference number (Ref Nos 24-717). We will close the other requests that are part of this updated, unifed request.

Those laws and policies also allow a threshold for staff time beyond which time spent collecting and copying responsive records is charged to the requester. 

We have uploaded data responsive to Ref No 24-715 and you will soon receive notice that we have closed that request and the responsive data is available for your review. As currently written, we anticipate the remaineder of this request (Ref Nos 24-713, 24-714, 24-716 and 24-717) would surpass this staff time threshold.

If you'd like to proceed with the rest of this request as submitted, we will need a $50 deposit to continue.

I'm following up on my message from June 6 in which I shared we received a deposit payment check, but it was not made out to the right person/organization and that we would not be able to process it for payment. In that message, I reiterated the correct information for payment and mailing the check, as well as updated the deposit estimate to an exact cost for the full request ($157.50). 

I have not heard back from you since sending that message nearly two weeks ago. Please respond and let us know how you intend to proceed with this request. If we do not hear back from you by this Friday (June 21), we will close this request. In that case, you are always welcome to refile it.
