Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of the RFP, bid, contract(s), addenda to the contract, extensions to the contracts, and all payments to the vendor for the POST officer license lookup tool, available here: https://mnitservices.my.site.com/POSTLicenseSearch/s/
In addition, I request the current contract between the State of Minnesota and Salesforce for its services that the POST board utilizes. We requested this previously from POST and were redirected to MNIT.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

I wanted to update you on your request. The first part of your request “Copies of the RFP, bid, contract(s), addenda to the contract, extensions to the contracts, and all payments to the vendor for the POST officer license lookup tool, available here: https://mnitservices.my.site.com/POSTLicenseSearch/s/” was not a MNIT RFP or contract and therefore MNIT does not have any responsive data to that portion of your request.
We are still processing the second part of your request (the Salesforce contract portion) and I will let you know if we have any additional questions while processing that portion of the request.
