Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:
All electronic communication and attachments sent and received between Village President Patrick Brennan, Village Administrator Daniel Duffy and representatives of Exelon Generation. The request is limited to November 1, 2017 through November 27, 2017. The email domain for Exelon Generation is @exeloncorp.com.
I am requesting a waiver or a reduction of fees since the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes, and the organization I work for, Energy and Policy Institute, can be classified as a representative of the news media. Additionally, I have accounts with Republic Report and Huffington Post that are used to disseminate information received from public record requests. The other public body is out of town at this time.
