Air Ambulance Contract FOIA

Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Subject: Public Records Request for Air Ambulance Contract

Dear Public Records Officer,

Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act (Miss. Code Ann. § 25-61-1 et seq.), I am requesting copies of all documents related to the air ambulance service contract(s) involving the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC). Specifically, I request:
1. A copy of the current and/or most recent air ambulance service contract between UMMC and any provider(s).
2. Any amendments, modifications, or extensions to the contract.
3. Any requests for proposals (RFPs), bids, or procurement documents related to the air ambulance service.
4. Correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters, between UMMC officials and the air ambulance provider(s) regarding the contract, from [Insert Date Range if applicable].
5. Documents detailing costs, funding sources, and financial agreements related to the air ambulance contract.
6. Any performance evaluations, audits, or compliance reports regarding the air ambulance service provider(s).

If these records exist in electronic format, I request that they be provided in that format to expedite processing and reduce costs. If there are any associated fees, please inform me in advance. Additionally, if portions of the requested records are exempt from disclosure, I request that the non-exempt portions be released.

I appreciate your time and prompt attention to this request. As required by Mississippi law, I expect a response within seven (7) working days (Miss. Code Ann. § 25-61-5). If additional time is needed, please notify me with the reason for the delay and an estimated date of completion.
