Communications
From: Susan Corke
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all records, including emails, notes, phone messages, memos, meeting minutes and texts that detail any communication between the organization Alliance Defending Freedom (also known as ADF) and it's employees and the Mississippi Governor's Office between Jan. 1, 2012 and the present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Brett Barrouquere 334-956-8234

Mr. Barrouquere,
You recently made a public records request to our office for documents detailing communications between the Governor’s Office and ADF. It appears this may have been a duplicative request. Our office produced the records requested in April. For your convenience I have attached another copy of those records. Also, my original email with the production is included below.
Our compliance with this request shall not be considered as a waiver of any right, privilege, exemption or argument that our office may have under the Public Records Act or otherwise.
Best,
