Information and Communications Regarding COVID-19 (Office of the Governor of Mississippi)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All communications between Representative Trent Kelly, the Office of the Governor of Mississippi, the Insurance Department, the Division of Medicaid, Lieutenant Governor Tate Reeves, and the Mississippi State Department of Health regarding all plans, discussions, references, and allusions to COVID-19, formally known as the Coronavirus. Information on the virus discussed between at least two of the aforementioned parties should also be included.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
