Pursuant to the Montana Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All court documents and police reports involving Jacob Elder (DOB 11-29-1992) from 2014 until present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Thank you for your inquiry. Our records indicate there would be two reports where public information could be released. The cost per report is $26 each. We do not provide court records. You would need to contact the Court of Record for any inquiries regarding court documents. Please let me know if you would like us to proceed and we will need to make arrangements for payment prior to release of the reports.
