Curtis,

The Missouri Department of Insurance licenses and regulates bail bond agents, general bail bond agents, and surety recovery agents pursuant to Missouri statutes, Sections 374.695 to 374.789 RSMo<http://www.moga.mo.gov/mostatutes/ChaptersIndex/chaptIndex374.html>, and specific regulations<http://www.sos.mo.gov/cmsimages/adrules/csr/current/20csr/20c700-6.pdf>. As the department does not directly provide any training to these licensees, we have no department training materials responsive to your request. However, if you are interested, you may wish to review the information from continuing education providers at the department's webpage for bail bond agents<http://insurance.mo.gov/agents/bailbondagents.php>, and search Continuing Education Provider Look-up<https://sbs-mo.naic.org/Lion-Web/jsp/extcelookup/ProviderLookup.jsp>.

The department does not have any documentation regarding income, billing, salaries or benefits in the bail bond industry nor regarding injuries or fatalities in the industry.

Lastly, consumer complaints regarding bail bond agents are not public records, and are therefore closed records and cannot be provided.

I hope this information is of assistance.
