Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All complaints lodged against the Castlewood Treatment Center. I am seeking records from between Jan 1, 2010 and the date this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Thanks for the quick response. I am trying to find what agency would be in possession of reports of abuse against adults with (and without) disabilities filed by Castlewood Treatment Center staff. Can you kindly point me in the right direction?

I'd like to request all reports of alleged abuse reported by (not lodged against) Castlewood treatment center from 2000 to the date this request is processed.

The Department of Mental Health did not contract with Castlewood Treatment Center from 2000 to the present. Allegations of abuse pertaining to Castlewood Treatment Center during this time would not have been required to be reported to the department.
