The search for email records should also include any email accounts used to conduct official business, including personal email addresses such as a "gmail" or "yahoo" account.

Please include any attachments to those records and other materials enclosed with those records at the time they were transmitted. For instance, for an email that is responsive to our request, please include all prior messages sent or received in that email chain, as well as any attachments to the email.

The search for records may be limited to records created, sent or received between January 1st, 2024 through to the date of your final response.

Good afternoon,

Thank you so much for your response, I appreciate you making the time. I am, however, a bit confused by the documents attached. According to the 1 page letter attached, it seems like there were responses to the request I filled, and that the fee for it was waived. The 34 page document does not include the results of the search thought-- it appears to be email correspondences showing that my request was forwarded to another party. Is this the correct document? Thank you again for your time, I look forward to hearing from you.
