Mr. Kane:

I am following up on our email to you of December 2, 2024.

We are still looking at what records we have that may be responsive. One of the things that will help is with regard to the email communications search. We can look for email to and from the domain “dese.mo.gov,” but for the portion of your request that describes the other party (“employees and employees of the Institute for Curriculum Services”) we would need the email addresses of the persons who are employees of the Institute. Alternatively, if all such employees use the same email domain, we can search for that. I looked up the institute on the web and saw this domain: icsresources.org.

Please confirm that you would like us to use that domain or provide the domains you would like us to search.
