Ms. Wayman and Ms. Eatinger-Sprague,

Hello,

Thanks so much for all the information. I apologize for the delay in responding. I really appreciate your time and effort in preparing and providing these records. I believe documents you’ve sent should be sufficient for now. If any additional records are needed, I will definitely contact your office first to get more details about how to word the request before submitting again.

Again, I’m very sorry about the confusion caused by the description of documents sought in my first request. I hope filling the request was not to much of an inconvenience. I understand how it would be helpful for me to get more information about how cases are tracked and understanding which entities are the custodians for which documents before making another request.

Thanks again for all the direction!

Sincerely,
Kevin Hawkins
