Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Log of requests submitted under the Missouri Sunshine Law to the Division of Environmental Quality that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and whether or not the request was ultimately fulfilled. Ideally I would like this information for the period from 2013 to the present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Pursuant to the Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, Revised Statutes of Missouri, the Department has conducted a review of its files for records that are responsive to your request. Unfortunately, the results of this review did not produce any records that are responsive to your request.
