Accidental Death of Danniella Vian (Mobile County Sheriff's Department)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Alabama Public Records, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents (handwritten or electronic) related to the death of Danniella Vian, including, but not limited to: missing person reports, officer reports and/or narratives, audio and video, witness statements (recorded or written), photographs, audio and video recordings, notes/memos, correspondence (letters, e-mails or otherwise), tips received and/or followed up on, notes or memos regarding the results of any searches, polygraph tests and/or results, autopsy reports and status of the case.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
