Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting the current copy of the contract and any and all amendments between the Montgomery and Countryside FPD, IL and Paramedic Services of Illinois (PSI).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

A couple of issues with this FOIA. We replied as shown below in January, 2024 to this FOIA. The FOIA is being sent to the Village of Montgomery, 200 River Street, Montgomery, Illinois. We are a fire district separate from the Village. Please send all future FOIA requests to: Montgomery and Countryside Fire Protection District, 198 South Railroad Street, Montgomery, Illinois 60538. I have attached the contract below, this should complete the FOIA request.
