Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All documents pertaining to Clearview AI (https://clearview.ai/). This should include - but is not limited to - the following:
- Any bids, quotes, purchase orders, and/or RFPs for Clearview AI's products and/or services
- Any MOUs for Clearview AI's products and/or services
- Any internal briefs and/or memos referencing Clearview AI's products and/or services
- Any use guides, FAQs, and/or manuals for Clearview AI's products and/or services
- Any documents highlighting internal use cases for Clearview AI's products and/or services
- Any use policies and/or data retention polices for Clearview AI's products and/or services
- A copy of all emails to any agency staff from an address within the *@clearview.ai domain
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

A search for emails for the "@clearview.ai" domain resulted in over 600 emails. Most of which are duplicates as they are sent multiple individuals. Due to the volume of responsive documents, we would need to produce a cost estimate before production. However, if you wish to narrow the scope of your request or specify to only certain emails, it may eliminate the cost all together. If you wish to keep your request to all emails, please advise and we will generate a cost estimate.
