Thank you for your request. I have been looking for records here as well as in Howard County Maryland. Presently, it is my understanding that the records may need to be requested from Howard County but am awaiting confirmation from them. .Aside from the attached press releases, it is my understanding that we do not have any additional records.
I will reach out as soon as I hear from Howard County and provide you with the contact information for their MPIA representative.
