Records on Individuals Referred for Intervention

Pursuant to Maryland's Public Information Act ("PIA"), I hereby request the following records:

All records associated with individuals referred for intervention under the Montgomery County Model (MCM) for Countering Violent Extremism (CVE).

According to news reports, 25 individuals have been referred for intervention including one high school student. See: http://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2016/06/17/fbi-program-countering-violent-extremism-speech-terrorism-theories-column/85650404/.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
