Pursuant to the Vermont Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Dashcam footage capturing the shooting of Mark Johnson by Montpelier police officer Chad Bean. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In August 2019, I submitted a request to your agency for dashcam footage of the shooting of Mark Johnson. My request was denied on the grounds that there was an ongoing investigation. I am re-opening my request many months later, in the hopes that the investigation is over. The original request is reproduced below.
