Pursuant to the Vermont Public Records Act, I am requesting records regarding software from a company called Social Sentinel. MRPS' relationship with Social Sentinel is described in the following news article: https://www.sevendaysvt.com/vermont/vermont-task-force-favors-monitoring-social-media-to-prevent-school-shootings/Content?oid=28503876
Specifically, I am requesting:
1) A copy of the contract signed with Social Sentinel.
2) All technical documentation regarding the functioning of Social Sentinel software or services.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Ms. Bonesteel,
I apologize for that email, it was an automated message sent from our public records tracking software. I should have disabled it.
Mr. Berry did not provide a contract per se, but did provide an extensive order form that seems to fulfill the same purpose. However, in lieu of actual documentation for the software, he only provided a link to a few entries on Social Sentinel's blog. Before I mark the request closed, could you verify whether Social Sentinel has provided or made available documentation such as a user manual, "knowledge base," or similar?
