Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All types of permits issued by Morgan County for new roadworks, new electrical infrastructure, new water infrastructure, new transportation infrastructure, new garages/workshops, new foundations, new septic systems, and new modular home installation activities carried out at the Prairie View Ranch Planned Development from 2017 to present. The purpose of this request is to assemble a clear picture of who applied for permits, which permits were denied or approved, and who performed the permitted or denied work.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Afternoon,
Our Planning and Zoning Department has determined that this request will take approximately six hours to fulfill. The Morgan County CORA Request policy states that the first hour is free and then each additional hour is $33.58. We would ask for a deposit of half to initiate the appropriate work. Good Morning,
I have reattached a copy of Morgan County's CORA request policy for your
records. As stated in our policy: "The normal time for production shall be
three working days, beginning on the first business day after the request
is received or upon receipt of deposit of the estimated costs as determined
by the custodian, whichever is later." The previous estimate was based upon
no fees being needed. The current estimate will be within three days of
receipt of the payment. When we receive it, we will reach out and let you
know so that we all can have an adjusted timeline to go from. Planning and
Zoning is aware of the request so they should hopefully be able to find the
documents ASAP. Thank you for your patience. For convenience and tracking
