Regarding your request filed under the California Public Records Act for materials related to our incident 2305100058, we have determined that the records requested are exempt from disclosure under Government Code § 7920.000 – 7923.600. This exemption was upheld by the California Supreme Court in Haynie v. Superior Court, ((2001) 26 Cal.4th 1061, 1071-1072).
