Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

Any and all records (including but not limited to hard-copy documents, drawings, photographs, memos, emails, receipts of purchase, word processor documents, PDF documents, PowerPoint files, image files etc.) created in all forms of process (including but not limited to concept, feedback, surveys, design, purchase, completion, and communications) regarding the current Mount Prospect police patch and imagery featuring the black & white flag with the thin blue stripe.

In 2017, the Village of Mount Prospect celebrated the 100th Anniversary of the Village's incorporation. In commemoration the Mount Prospect Police Department designed a new police patch featuring the blue lives matter thin blue line flag.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
