Good Morning,

I am writing to you to request additional time to complete this request. Compiling the requested documents is taking more time than anticipated and the program to complete this request can be slow to respond to the email search and parameters. I am working to complete this request as soon as possible but I am respectfully requesting an additional five business days to respond (November 12, 2020).

Please feel free to contact me.

Kind regards,

Karen M. Agoranos

Hello Karen,

We appreciate your efforts in fulfilling this request. The five extra business days (Nov 12, 2020) is no problem.

Thanks!

Good Afternoon,

I was hoping to contact you directly by phone before sending the response but no phone contact was provided.

Using the parameters specified in your request and after a thorough search of our email archive and police records, attached are the responsive documents. When I initiated the search for emails as requested, the archive system we use continually "froze" so I assumed it was due to the large number of responses the search was attempting to produce and thus, the reason for the request for an extension. This was not the case as it was merely a glitch; I do apologize.

If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you.

Kind regards,

Hello Karen,

Thanks for your time and effort helping to fulfill this request. It seems like only subject lines were included in the search but having spoken with you on the phone it was apparent that you ran the search several times to be sure.

Thanks again.
