All technical proposals, quotes, and executed contracts with the City's building permit software vendor, Brightly (also potentially d/b/a/ SmartGov or Dude Solutions in your records)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Morning,
The City of Mukilteo ("City") has received your request for public records dated November 24, 2022. This letter serves as the City's initial response to your request under RCW 42.56.520. You have requested the following records:
All technical proposals, quotes, and executed contracts with the City's building permit software vendor, Brightly (also potentially d/b/a/ SmartGov or Dude Solutions in your records)
Pursuant to RCW 42.56.520, the City is notifying you that it needs additional time to respond to your request. This additional time is necessary to locate records that may be responsive to your request and, if so, to determine whether any exemptions might apply to those records. Please be advised that we may also need to notify third parties of this request before we disclose certain records. Consequently, the City will respond to your request on an installment basis pursuant to RCW 42.56.080. Our initial estimate is that the first installment of the records, if existing, will be available in 14 days, December 12 , 2022. This anticipated date is only an estimate and may need to be revised as we process your request.
