The full and complete content of every internal investigative file in which Claude (Lane) Byers was the named officer, along with associated metadata.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am checking with Human Resources to see if there is any responsive records with that department. I will need extra time to get that response. The first request dated January 6th was received by our Department on January 17th. The 2nd letter was mailed by you on January 12 and received by our Department on January 23rd. Today is day 5 for us to respond to the first request as the timeline starts when we receive the request and not the date that you dated the letter.
My initial search does not bring up any responsive documents. I am checking with the Human Resources department to see if they have any responsive documents. I hope to have an answer from them by January 30th.
