Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any active shooter/active assailant insurance policies from 2017 - 2023
2. Any student safety policies related to an active shooter/active assailant 2017-2023
3. Public comment related to active shooter/active assailant concerns from from 2017 - 2023

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

- There are no documents responsive. CCSD does not have specialized
"insurance policies" related to active shooter/active assailant incidents.

2. Any student safety policies related to an active shooter/active
assailant 2017-2023 - There are no documents responsive. CCSD was not able
to locate any specialized "student safety policies" related to an active
shooter/active assailant.
3. Public comment related to active shooter/active assailant concerns from
from 2017 - 2023 - Responsive information is not separately captured for
