Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All documents and files, including letters, memos, emails, and all communications mentioning and pertaining to the book Agents of Repression: The FBI's Secret Wars Against the Black Panther Party and the American Indian Movement by Ward Churchill and Jim Vander Wall, first published by South End Press in 1988. This request includes all versions of the book.

I would also like to request a search of all available cross-index files for mentions of Agents of Repression: The FBI's Secret Wars Against the Black Panther Party and the American Indian Movement by Ward Churchill and Jim Vander Wall in other documents, to be included with this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
