News reports have covered an incident of a student being virtually "undressed" using an AI-based "nudify" app. It works by taking a picture in which the person is clothed, and using an AI-based app to create a fictional digital image in which the person appears nude. Pursuant to Washington Public Records Act I hereby request the following records (from 01/01/2023 to the time that this request is processed):

* Any CAD reports, incident reports, and field interview cards produced in connection to the incident.
* Any communications between the police department, the sheriff's department, or the school district regarding the incident.
* Any data or information requests, subpoenas, etc. submitted to Meta OR Instagram OR Instagram OR Snapchat
* Any interview transcripts or summaries produced in connection to the incident.
* Any warrants produced in connection to the incident.

This FOI request is being filed in pursuit of a time-sensitive news story. Therefore, I ask that my request is expedited. I'll note that these records may contain personally identifiable information, and I ask that this information is redacted where it appears, as opposed to not including the entire record.
