This letter is to clarify what information that you are seeking from the City, specifically, please provide a date range of records you are seeking.
The California Public Records Act does not require our agency to create a record, or document not normally retained in the normal course of business.  I can say based on your request thus far, in order to comply with your in full, or in part, computer programming would be necessary to compile and extract the this type of data, therefore, pursuant to California Government Code Section 6253.9(a)(b)(2) you would bear the cost of $101.00 per hour.  Depending on the time frame, and/or if you care to narrow your request, will determine how many hours and the cost you would incur.
