To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

According to a recent report from the Department of Justice on CPD's Use of Force:

"First, we reviewed thousands of pages of documents provided to us by CPD, IPRA, and the City, including policies, procedures, training plans, Department orders and memos, internal and external reports, and more". Therefore, I request a copy of every single Document provided by Chicago Police to the Department of Justice, including but not limited to "policies, procedures, training plans, Department orders and memos, internal and external reports, and more"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. Please be aware this request is being made by the Lucy Parsons Labs, a registered non-profit in the state of Illinois.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Freddy Martinez

IPRA,

You can ignore this request, I had sent a similar request last week. This request was meant to CPD and not IPRA. Please do not close the request I sent last week.

Freddy Martinez
