Eric Holder/UK Financial Services Authority communications

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All communications between Attorney General Eric Holder, his office, and any of its representatives and the Financial Services Authority of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and any of its staff containing the words "HSBC" or "Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation" or "Hong kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation" from February 3, 2009 to April 27, 2015.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
