A no responsive documents response.
From: Ben Welsh
I am appealing this response. I request that the agency conduct a full CRS search and a cross reference search for Russ Kick. From your response, that does not appear to have been done. His prominence as a journalist covering topics investigated by the FBI is well documented in his obituary, which justifies a broader search.

Your letter contains an error. I requested the appeal via a public communication on MuckRock.com on 10/20/2021. You can see proof and documentation of that message at this URL: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/fbi-russ-kick-119542/#comm-1181456
This mistake by your office nullifies the basis for your rejecting my appeal. I ask that you reconsider and move forward with the appeal. The lost time here appear to be entirely due to your agency's oversight and slow pace.
