All complaints regarding interstate inmate calling services rates [https://www.fcc.gov/guides/inmate-telephone-service]
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I'm wondering if you would be able to provide all of the attachments (consumer and company responses, etc.) associated with the complaints in this request, including that mentioned in my last message to you and those associated with complaints 422945, 469564, 167899, 295930, 304576, and 394775.
