I am seeking all documents produced by and for Operation Choke Point, from January 1st, 2013 through August 23rd 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Under cover of my August 28, 2017 email, I delivered to you the FDIC’s interim response to your August 23, 2017 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for "all documents produced by and for Operation Choke Point, from January 1st, 2013 through August 23rd 2017."
Our interim response informed you that the processing of this request had been abated, and that if I did not receive, within ten calendar days of the date of our interim responser, your written reply addressing the issues noted, this request file would be closed administratively.
More than ten calendar days have elapsed since our interim response was delivered to you and I have not received your reply. Therefore, for the reasons stated in our interim response, your request file now is being closed administratively. You may submit a new FOIA request at any time.
