Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
List of technical training activities undertaken by employees of the Bureau in official capacity, including inter-agency technical training events such as the FED TECH Interagency Technical Training Conference. Please include training activities, conferences, seminars or sessions taught by Bureau personnel or attended by Bureau personnel.
Please restrict this search to the count of agents in the Bureau attending the FED TECH Interagency Technical Training Conference each year.
Note that this request was previously submitted and processed on 9-11-2015 (actual date request was scanned into the FOIPA Document Processing System) and assigned FOIPA Request Number # NFP-49378. The request was closed on 9-16-2015. Correspondence was mailed to your attention on 9-16-2015.
Please advise of "unusual circumstances" regarding changes to the status of this request.
NOTE: I request clarification and continuation of interest queries via this same channel of communication. Delivering physical mail to long deprecated and no longer used addresses does not fulfill the legal obligations of United States FOI code 5 U.S.C. § 552.
