Good afternoon,
Pursuant to Section 119.07(4)(d), Florida Statutes, the District is authorized to require a deposit equal to the amount to search for, compile and produce the records. It is estimated that this task will take one and a half (1.5) hours. The hourly rate for the staff to whom this task would be assigned is $32.41. We did not add the cost of benefits to the hourly rate. We will need payment made out to The School District of St. Lucie County, in the amount of $48.61 before we begin the work. (cash or cashier's check). Upon receipt of the funds, we will begin the task. Please advise as to how you would like to proceed.
Thank you.
