- Requests for Proposals
- Memorandum(s) of Understanding
- Any privacy impact assessments

- Any instructional materials or presentations
- Use policies and standard operating procedures
- Data retention policies
- Letters of Interest
- Usage policies
- Any informal agreements or other documents that reference "Veritone" or otherwise guide it use or the relationship between this agency and the provider or developer of the software.

The City has been actively working on your request and at this time has the second installment ready consisting of 250 emails.
COST FOR PROVIDING RECORDS: Pursuant to RCW 42.56.120, the City's Public Records Policy and the City's Fees Resolution 2023-12,with the first $1.00 complimentary, the cost for providing the records is $2.13. Upon receipt of payment the records will be provided. I am sending a charging breakdown for your review that shows the work we completed, total number of files and charges associated per Fees Resolution 2023-12. Currently the City will accept payment by check or money order payable to "City of Lake Stevens", or by credit card in person.
The City is not currently able to accept credit card payments over the phone. I have included City Hall hours and location information below.
