Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, and reporting documents related to the $10,000 awarded to the Village of Fox Lake for the Illinois Attorney General FY25 Organized Retail Crime Grant program.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

After a diligent search we have located the records you requested. Your request has been granted in part. Portions of these materials are being withheld under the following applicable FOIA exemption listed below. In addition, the Fox Lake Police Department is in compliance with the Local Records Act (50 ILCS 205).
