To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any record of Institute Communications (IC) receiving or responding to a request under the Georgia Open Records Act (GORA) for records containing the terms "Atlanta Police Foundation" "APF" "Public Safety Training Center" "Cop City" or "Stop Cop City". If these records exist as part of a log or record management system, we would accept a .csv file reflecting the following: (a) date received; (b) date responded to by IC; (c) requestor; (d) request language; (e) status of search.

2. If records have already been provided in response to any request responsive to Item #1 above, please provide a copy of the responsive records supplied to the requestor.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
