LA Petroleum Administrator Records - Krekorian

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

1. All communications to and from Councilmember Paul Krekorian and his staff between January 1, 2015 and the present related or referring to the appointment of a Petroleum Administrator, including, but not limited to, any communications related to Motion 89-A to instruct the City Administrator to fill the Petroleum Administrator position and any communications related or referring to any qualifications or requirements for the Petroleum Administrator position.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
