To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
- Any and all lists, spreadsheets or other organized datasets that detail potential or substantiated allegations of misconduct and/or impeached or impeachable testimony, created under Brady v. Maryland and/or Giglio v. United States.
- Any and all records regarding substantiated allegations of misconduct or violations of internal department policy or criminal law by specific law enforcement officers.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Good afternoon,
As to you first request: While we maintain a Brady list, our list consists of pending investigations known to the officers as well as the pending charges against the officers, which are considered Brady by law. See attached.
As to your second request: We do not track such information, as such we have no responsive public records.
Lastly, as an aside, unlike other jurisdictions, in Florida pursuant to Chapter 119, F.S., closed police disciplinary investigative files are a matter of public record and are available from individual employing police agencies.
