Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I would like to obtain all emails sent to, from, or copied to NSmith@DCCOUNCIL.US that contain the non-case-sensitive key-string "trump" or "kushner" from January 1, 2016 to Present Day.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Since each of these requests use the same search parameters, I will treat these as one FOIA request. I believe you previously worked with my colleague, Brackett Smith, on a similar request using these search terms. He mentioned that for that request, you had agreed to limit the search to only emails sent by the person to prevent the search results from being too voluminous. For the same reason I would like to limit the search to sent emails for this request as well.
Finally, we can only search Council emails and are unable to run a search for the email address eom@dc.gov<mailto:eom@dc.gov>.

As I mentioned in my last email, since all of these searches use the same key words over the same time period, I am going to treat them as one request.
