Dear Mr. Lloyd:
You have requested the following information:
*Any and all documents and communications regarding the district
encouraging and/or teaching students to use non-gendered pronouns for the
past five years:*
*Including but not limited to "They day"Including but not limited to "day
of silence"Including but not limited to teachers and/or substitutes that
introduce themselves as they/them.Including but not limited to teachers
and/or substitutes that share their sexuality with students.*
Emails sent to all staff within the past five years that reference "they
day", "day of silence", or use of non-gendered pronouns are attached.
We do not maintain records of staff members' preferred pronouns, nor do we
have records of staff members sharing their sexuality with students.
Accordingly there are no responsive records for these elements of your FOIL
request.
We believe this completes your request.
Sincerely,
Judith Kehoe
