Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1) Any communications with ODRC and staff created between 1/1/2018 and present documenting solicitations to employ individuals incarcerated or supervised by ODRC, including parolees and those served by the Bureau of Community Sanctions and receiving Reentry Services. Please include all agency responses.
2) Any communications with ODRC and staff created between 1/1/2018 and present from non-ODRC employers regarding the performance, behavior or employment status of individuals incarcerated or supervised by ODRC, including parolees and those served by the Bureau of Community Sanctions and receiving Reentry Services.
Please provide documents on a rolling basis as they become available.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
