Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All OGE Form 202, “Notice of Conflict of Interest Referral Form” sent to the Office of Government Ethics between 1/20/2021 and 10/7/2021.

As a member of the news media writing for outlets including The Nation, The New Republic, and The American Prospect, and therefore engaged in disseminating information in order to inform the public concerning actual Federal government activity I also would like to request expedited processing for this request. This information will be disseminated publicly on both Muckrock and in journalistic form in The Intercept.

As a member of the news media I also request that any fees for this request be waved.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
