The supplement includes the documents provided on August 7, 2024 with less redactions and more fully explains the exemptions and how they were applied.

Hello,
This matter is currently under review by the Public Access Counselor (PAC). The attached correspondence was sent by the PAC to the Chicago Park District (District) on August 12, 2024. On August 20, 2024, the District responded by providing a supplemental response with records. On August 22, 2024, I followed up with Ms. Gelzin, to confirm receipt and whether she still objected to the District’s response. On August 30, 2024, Ms. Gelzin replied to the PAC. The PAC construes Ms. Gelzin’s August 30, 2024, reply as an objection to the District’s supplemental response.

Please understand that the PAC cannot receive and process Requests for Review from anonymous parties.
