All Patron Incident Reports submitted for the Area Manager 5 North Region in June 2023.
Because this request is in the public interest for Illinois nonprofit Lucy Parsons Labs for the purpose of public education, please waive any fees in accordance with 5 ILCS § 140/6(c).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We appreciate your patience as we are still working on this request. Per section 140/3(e), the Park District is extending the time to respond to your request by five business days and I will get it to you sooner if it is possible. The reasons:
(x) the requested records require examination and evaluation by personnel having the necessary competence and discretion to determine if they are exempt from disclosure under Section 7 of this Act or should be revealed only with appropriate deletions
If this is acceptable to you, please respond in writing to agree to this extension. The new due date for your request is Monday January 27, 2025 by close of business.
Please note that the Park District is closed for Martin Luther King Day holiday Monday January 20, 2025.
