I am still working on this request for documents. Per 5 ILCS 140/3(e), the Park District is extending the time to respond to your request by five business days and I will get it to you sooner if it is possible. The reasons:
(x ) the requested records are stored in whole or in part at other locations than the office having charge of the requested records;
(x) the requested records require examination and evaluation by personnel having the necessary competence and discretion to determine if they are exempt from disclosure under Section 7 of this Act or should be revealed only with appropriate deletions
If this is acceptable to you, please respond in writing to agree to this extension. The new due date for your request is Friday July 5, 2024 by close of business.
Please note that the Park District is closed for the July 4, 2024 holiday.
