Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A roster of all Tennessee Highway Patrol employees who have or had a CopLinkX user account between the initial signing of the contract and 1/25/2022. Please include the name of each officer, their rank, and badge number.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Scrolling through the email chain, you will note that although there is a "January 23, 2023" date, there is no sender line anything else to indicate that the text below is a legitimate email sent to Safety.OpenRecords@tn.gov<mailto:Safety.OpenRecords@tn.gov> on that January 23, 2023. I have attached the original email we received at 4:43am on November 13, 2023, that contains an entire chain of other text; that text was never emailed to Safety.OpenRecords@tn.gov<mailto:Safety.OpenRecords@tn.gov> prior to November 13, 2023, at 4:43am.
If you have the original email sent to the Department of Safety and Homeland Security on January 23, 2023, please feel free to provide the email as an attachment. We searched for the email from January, and could not locate any such email.
Therefore, it was received November 13, 2023, the date the request was received.
